Co-organized a programming “contest” (development of mobile apps) for university and high-schools students, in Atilim University in Turkey, 2014, in collaboration with several software companies. The event attracted over 100 students. The photo is from the award ceremony.

Some of those leadership roles have included membership of: Academic Periodic Review Panel, and Personal Tutor Co-ordinator in Queen’s University Belfast, Graduate Scholarship Committee, Faculty hiring committee, and Engineering Internship committee in the University of Calgary.
